Experience the magic of Disney at our enchanting 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Disney Themed home. It offers the perfect combination of comfort and enchantment, featuring captivating Disney-themed decor and a private lanai and pool with no rear neighbors.
This spacious two-story vacation rental can accommodate up to 8 guests, providing ample space and comfort for your entire family. Enjoy the convenience of a keyless entry system for a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. Our home is situated in the prestigious Paradise Palms Resort, one of the premier gated communities in the area, which offers 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
As you walk through the front door you will be greeted with all the enchantments of Disney. The first bedroom located on the first floor is our Chic Mickey-themed bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and 42-inch Roku smart TV. The adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience. There are no steps to enter this bedroom and bathroom.
As we continue to the first floor you will enter our main living area. The living room offers a sofa and love seat, a 65-inch Roku smart TV, and a PS3 for entertainment. The open plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that can seat 6. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances to prepare meals for your family. Coffee enthusiasts can take advantage of our coffee machine and Keurig.
Continue through the back sliding doors and unwind in our cozy backyard as you overlook the serene view of our palm trees on the screened patio and enjoy the privacy of having no rear neighbors. Take a dip in the pool and enjoy a relaxing night swim with the pool lights on. Additionally, we have a security gate around the pool area to keep children safe. When swimming, children should always be accompanied by adults.
As we tour through the rest of the house, we now go up the stairs to discover the second bedroom, our luxurious Master suite. This exquisite room boasts a spacious and comfortable King size bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. Enjoy the privacy of a full ensuite bathroom. This room is equipped with a 50-inch roku smart TV for your entertainment and a large closet that offers ample space for storage of your belongings.
Down the hall we call this the kids wing, experience the Force in our Star Wars themed bedroom includes two Twin beds, along with a 42-inch Roku smart TV. This bedroom is perfect for your young Jedi's or fans of the iconic movie series who want to experience the adventure of the galaxy far, far away. LED lights with remotes are located around the two murals. Turn them on and create the cosmic mood.
Next door down, step into the world of Disney Princesses where your little ones will feel like royalty with two comfortable twin beds, adorned with beautiful bedding and decor inspired by their favorite princesses. The room is equipped with a 42-inch Roku smart TV for watching their favorite movies and shows. LED lights with remote our located around the castle mural for easy at night as a night light or just for gazing.
These two bedrooms will enjoy their own full bathroom with a walk-in shower stall.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, and that's why our home comes equipped with a washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.
We understand the importance of staying connected even while on vacation, and that's why we've provided a strong Wi-Fi connection with plenty of bandwidth to accommodate multiple users. Whether you need to stay in touch with work or school, or simply want to stream your favorite movies or shows, our Wi-Fi has been tested and optimized for your convenience.
If you're traveling with little ones, we've got you covered with a pack and play, a bassinet for infants, and a highchair available upon request (please request the baby items before your arrival). Please note that bedding for the pack and play is not provided. Our home is equipped with baby gates on the stairs to give parents peace of mind.
As a self-catering unit, we provide a starter kit that includes a starter set of household supplies, but we recommend swinging by the store to stock up on necessities.
Rest easy knowing that we've got your linens, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and pool towels covered. And to ensure that our pool is always clean and ready for use, a pool cleaner comes by regularly.
We are excited to offer a range of add-on services to enhance your stay. All services must be requested prior to arrival. These services include:
• Rental of BBQ Grill $75 per week
• Pool heat is $40 per night for the length of your stay and is non-refundable. Please note that during the winter months of November to March, pool heating is recommended for optimal comfort and there is an extra cost for this service.
• Stroller Rental - Single $50 for the length of your stay.
• Additional cleaning is available during your stay upon request and for an additional fee.
Guest accessUpon arrival, guests will need to check-in at the main gate to receive a gate pass valid throughout their stay. Once inside, access to the vacation home is seamless with our keyless entry system, granting complete access to all areas except locked supply closets.

Nestled amid stunning conservation land, our resort offers guests the chance to encounter Florida's captivating wildlife up close. While exploring, it's common to encounter graceful birds and curious critters amidst the diverse flora and fauna.
However, guests should be aware that bugs are also a part of Florida's natural environment. While we make efforts to minimize their presence, it's advisable to keep doors and windows closed to prevent them from entering the property. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority.

Upon entering the gated entry that is manned 24/7, you will be greeted by the stunning sights and sounds of a true tropical paradise with cascading waterfall, illuminated fountains, lush landscaping with an abundance of palm trees and exotic flora. With the bounty of the surrounding nature, the luxurious spacious town homes, the scenic views, and friendly people, you will discover that Paradise Palms is a resort community second to none.
Whether you are looking to relax in the warm Florida sun, enjoy a playful game of tennis (there are 2 courts) or basketball, you will be able to find it at Paradise Palms. The 9,500 square foot, prestigious clubhouse includes a reception/concierge desk, a large games room with pool tables and arcade games, a 49-seat movie theatre, a fitness center with TV’s that overlook the pool area, a sauna inside the fitness room, a lavishly furnished card room specially designed for competition playing, internet café that is free to guests, meeting rooms, kitchen for cooking for large parties, a sundry shop, and an outside tiki bar where you can soon have a light lunch or alfresco dinner while overlooking the pool area. Guests can bring their own family-oriented DVDs to the movie theatre for viewing, if there is no other movie playing.
The Paradise Palms community pool area is something that you just have to see and experience it for yourself! There are 2 Jacuzzi spas (one is in grotto that has a cascading waterfall and the other is for those who want exposure to the sun). The depth of the gigantic lagoon-style swimming pool ranges from 3’ to 5’ and is accessible for physically handicapped people. There is a separate kiddie pool for the younger children and an exceptionally large lounge area. Just off to one side are the tennis courts and botchy ball courts and the other side has a picnic and BBQ area for family cookouts while enjoying the pool.
Getting aroundWe offer free parking if you rent a car and additional spaces as needed. other means of transportation such as Uber or taxi can also be another way of getting around in the area.
